Once you have filled out the form one of our administrators will contact you via email or phone to schedule a day and time for you to attend one of our age appropriate practices, speak with a coach and have any questions answered about the program that you may have.
How much does it cost?
Startup costs vary based on your level of play. Please contact us for more information or see outline below.
When are the games?
Games are typically played Sundays and Saturdays. Fall season runs September to November, Spring season March to May.
Where are games played?
In a 10 game season – 5 games are played in Bloomfield, 5 games are played away. Away games can be as close as Montclair, Clifton, and Glen Ridge but may also be up to 1 hour away.
What ages can play?
Starting in Fall of 2026 all programs are required to be in compliance with the new GRADE YEAR rostering guideline provided by US Soccer and NJYS.
This new guideline puts the focus on keeping kids playing with their classmates instead of kids simply born in the same year and removes any gaps or “trapped” issues with kids in 8th grade who have missed out on seasons based on their birthday.
As of Fall 2025 we will be transforming some of our current programs into the new system. New programs within BSC will adopt this new guideline immediately in preparation of Fall 2026.
The new guideline for rostering will be birth dates between August 1st – July 31st of the following year.
travel soccer and associated fees
BSC remains one of the most affordable travel soccer options in the state playing at the USYS or EDP level. All of our EDP and non-EDP programs are supported by player fees collected in June, July and August for yearly players and January, February for Spring players.
Our fees remain at or below average in most expense categories affiliated with travel soccer so our families can put their focus on their childs’ development and overall experience.
BSC reserves the right to increase its fees as needed consistent with rising the costs of goods and services.

general information
Roster Minimums
- 7v7 | 12 Players
- 9v9 | 15 players
- 11v11 | 18 players
Non-EDP programs will play in either NCSA or MNJYSA (Mid-NJ). Coaches are volunteer parents unless hired as a paid trainer by the team. For kit ordering and information please refer to our uniform page located HERE.
Non-EDP teams will make two tournament appearances a year with one being the Piscataway Fall Classic. EDP teams will make four tournament appearances per year including the Fall EDP Cup and Spring EDP Cup in Hammonton, NJ at Tuckahoe Turf Farms. Overnight stays are optional and hotel block arrangements are made by the club for all teams prior to any out of state or extended traveling distance event.
Summer and Winter league programs are organized by each team and their parents based on interest. BSC does not offer any leagues or programs for travel soccer in the Summer and Winter unless required by EDP. Summer tournaments are available for those interested.

9v9 | $40 per team/$80 total (1 referee) or $80 per team/$160 total (3 referees) depending on home team scheduling.
11v11 | Starts at $90 per team/$180 total (3 referees) and can go up to $110 per team at the higher grade levels.
